Please understand that there might be some hiccups in our online store and the ordering process during the beginning of our website launch. We promise to quickly resolve any issues you might have. Shipping and DOA
Shipping is a $30 in CA and $50 outside of CA. Free shipping for orders over $500 unless specified in the item description as local pickup only or not qualified for free shipping.
Shipping is only available to the lower 48 states. We can ship via FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air in insulated boxes. We ship out only on Tuesday or Wednesday normally as these are the days most likely for corals to arrive on time. If you need special arrangements for shipping, you are welcome to send us your label for shipping and I will take the agreed upon shipping cost of your order off that total. We cannot honor any DOA for packages shipped on Monday or Friday. Those are stressful days for FedEx and UPS. There is a history of packages not being handled properly in our experience when we ship on those days.
Local Pickup is available upon request. Contact us to arrange a convenient time. Due to Covid-19, all pickup is curbside.
DOA (dead on arrival) Policy:
If for any reason your coral arrive dead, we will need the following in order to file your claim:
1. A clear video of the coral BEFORE the bag is open within 2 hrs of the posted delivered time. An unclear video or openned bag will void the DOA claim.
2. A clear video of the box that coral came in, showing all sides and corners of the box. An unclear video will void the DOA claim.
If the DOA claim is valid, then we will replace or issue store credit at our discretion. In either case, the cost of shipping is non-refundable and customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of any replacement coral. DOA due to shipping delay, damages, or mishandling cause by FedEx/UPS, this include weather, mechanical or acts of God, will NOT be covered.
There are no refunds or returns on livestock, but contact us for any unusual circumstances and we'll work with you on a case by case bases. Our priority is to deliver quality healthy corals and we'll do our best to have complete customer satisfaction.
